I have a serious issue TMJ ( which causes my jaw to unlock and is very painful) and I have left it untreated for years. Now i decide to get ahead of the problem since its been acting up lately. I call to get the number of the specialist to book an appt. The receptionist reminds me that I haven't been there since 2012 and hesitates to help. puts me on hold, comes back with attitude, cuts me off when I speak. says she can give me the number but I still need to come in and get referred. no help!
