    This was my 2nd time dealing with Kelowna Toyota, and more specifically Chris D. He was extremely helpful and was able to answer any questions I had promptly and professionally. He helped me create the exact truck I wanted without any complications and I would highly recommend his services to anyone considering a Toyota or any other vehicle Kelowna Toyota has in stock.     I was charged nea...

    I was charged nearly double the amount of labor hours as I was originally quoted. No phone calls had been made to me to confirm they were going to charge more. It was also supposed to take two days, but I received the vehicle after 5 days with little and poor explanation. I also was denied a loaner vehicle to use throughout this time. This service department caused me a great inconvenience from what was originally expected. I would never return or recommend them to anyone.
