service was great. My husband and I dined at Kelsey's in Brantford on Saturday night to celebrate Valentine's day. We both had the steak, and I can honestly say, it was the toughest steak we have ever had. Could barely cut it. Very disappointing.

regular customer for 3 years. Their new servers are terrible! We order the same meal same drink- every time We've got several different totals each time.. Lately Why is that? We were also given buy 5 get the 6th free coupon.( for 3 years) And have used them continuously. Today we were told we didnt order the right meal( we order the same) then told its expired.. Funny it was stamped 2 weeks Not sure how I feel about the new staff- not fast, efficient and outgoing.

Kelsey's has great food, great prices and great servers! On top of that you get free apps when u fill out a survey and on Mondays and Tuesdays! can't say enough good things about it

Kelsey’s is one of my favourite restaurants in Brantford. My boyfriend and I go very often. We also go a bunch of times with friends to enjoy good food and or drinks and a fun time. The food tastes amazing and it does not take forever to come out. The staff is super friendly and quick to assist as well! Since recently they have I believe 16 new items on their menu. My favourite appetizer is the 7-layer dip and I love the fajitas for my main course. They have a variety of amazing desserts and drinks as well. We don’t often order dessert because we are too full so then their dessert drinks are a good choice. They have a great variety of foods. For your main course you can get meat, veggies and potatoes or fish and rice, or fajitas, burgers, wings, ribs, you name it. If I do not go for food it’s a great place to hang out at the bar and just have some drinks and a fun time. They are a fairly sized restaurant and it’s always busy which is self-explanatory to me. So if you are trying to see which restaurant sounds good to try out, definitely check out Kelsey’s! You won’t be disappointed.

Pleased to see improved attention to detail by new manager. Having read previous review was a little cautious about going here; however, pleasant experience. Both server and manager checked on customer satisfaction.....thanks. Will come here again.
